The aim of Just4All Project is to promote access to justice of persons with disabilities through the awareness raising of their needs to legal professionals, and the creation of training based on that theme.
As established in article 13 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), access to justice is a fundamental right which must be implemented fully so that all other rights can be guaranteed to persons with disabilities.
This MOOC adopts both a theoretical approach, with presentations, videos and supporting documents, and a practical one, using cases to ensure the awareness and training of the main legal actors in access to justice.
