Tottenham 0-2 Manchester City Highlights: Haaland double puts City with Arsenal in Premier League title race

Pep Guardiola said “history is in front of us” as he prepares his Manchester City side for a potentially difficult game at Tottenham on Tuesday that could ultimately decide the destination of the Premier League title.

City, who are chasing an unprecedented fourth straight English top-flight crown, are a point behind leaders Arsenal but have a game in hand.

If City beat Spurs, they can seal the championship with a win at home to West Ham on the final day of the season on Sunday when Arsenal host Everton.

Guardiola’s men head to the finish line having scored 28 goals in their last seven Premier League games and conceding just five times.

But the City boss, who said he relishes the high-pressure title game, denied the race was effectively over.

City have never won a league game at Tottenham’s new stadium, which opened in 2019, and have never even scored a goal, although they won there in the FA Cup in January.
