Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 with car-like power will be launched soon

Royal Enfield Guerrilla is all set to unveil a new bike in India based on the Himalayan 450. Extensive testing has been going on for a considerable duration, with sightings of the bike taking place several times during the testing phases. The company designed this new model with a focus on long-distance capabilities. The launch of this anticipated bike is scheduled for the end of next month in India. It will boast a powerful engine with a range of possible features to be included.

Royal Enfield plans to model its new bike, the Guerrilla 450, after the Hunter 350. This upcoming bike will incorporate many new features and is expected to have a compact design. It is worth noting that a trademark application has been filed for the name Guerrilla 450. The company plans to launch this bike in the market next month.

Features of the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450

According to the sources, the most remarkable aspect of this new model will be its engine. The new Guerrilla 450 is speculated to have a 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine capable of producing 40.02bhp and 40Nm of torque. This engine will come paired with a 6-speed transmission. With the considerable power expected from this bike, its potential ex-showroom price could be around Rs 2.50 lakh.

The new Guerrilla 450 can incorporate many new features for driving comfort, such as Bluetooth connectivity and navigation, ride mode and a side-mounted exhaust. Additionally, it will offer a TFT instrument cluster with ride-by-wire acceleration for enhanced functionality. To ensure safety, the bike will be equipped with dual disc brakes and a dual anti-lock braking system. Further enhancing the driving experience, telescopic forks and a monoshock unit will be fitted at the rear. Positioned to rival the KTM 390 Duke, this new model aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the 500cc bike segment.
